Dr. Mark Bignell has never been busier or more fulfilled in his entire life as he is now as a full-time farmer. He has learned so many new skills, most recently, electrical wiring. Mark always enjoyed cooking exotic foods for the family, which now include bear meat pepperoni, venison sausage, and foie gras, duck pate, duck terrine and other delicacies that used to be only a rare treat.
